Post about post
Today we received a plethora of parcels - don't really know why, but it's nice when it happens. One of them was our Christmas parcel from my Aunt in Canada - which she had sent on 14 September last year. Plenty of time you'd have thought! But I reckon if she raced around Moosejaw today and got a parcel in the post tomorrow, it would still only just squeak into 2007!
'Slow but sure', is probably the term. Hopefully the picture below should be our kids enjoying their unexpected Christmas presents.

I went on a MAF medical and evangelistic safari on Saturday. I won't say too much here, so as not to steal my own thunder when we do our presentation in the UK, but it was 'interesting'. Suffice it to say that I'm glad I'm a Finance Manager and not a pilot. All the sitting around waiting would drive me insane I think!
Here's a picture, just for evidence:

hi, happy late Xmas, we kinda missed easter being in the states, (no easter eggs!),you'll have to catch up all family celebrations when you get home?
we've just had the noise in watford, with bbq and funday, and footie, on the Meriden estate, looked back at the fundays we had in S.Oxhey & BIG thanks again to all involved, a lovely show of unity among churches.it would be so good to see more joint efforts or even just Praise/ prayer times together, probably it's been going on in s.oxhey without me being aware of, and i think in watford groups are trying to work together more.
Enuf speel, love the pics, and the chance you've had to engage in mission,(awaiting speak about it when you get back), love Rich, Caroline and familyxxx
i think it's safe to say that 'all that sitting around waiting' on trips would drive anyone insane, even pilots! :-) I've heard my share of complaints from Josh... although somehow the holds near the coast - with nice beaches - dont seem to raise the same outcry. He'd way rather do the trips than sit in the office though!! There you have it then, good thing we're in the jobs that we're meant to be in. :-)
hey missin your blog, are you both ok?
love C
